Mr.Syed Danish Ali has joined Cont act Cent er RWP as Manager Training
wit h vast experience of Qualit y and Training in Telecom Indust ry
specially in Cont act Cent ers.
Along wit h his major responsibilit y of looking aft er Training & Process
Improvement t asks, he will be involved in Operat ions.3
Mr. Ali Mazhar has joined CC Wafaqi as ?Manager Training?. He
has a good background of Cont act Cent er experience in QA,
Training & St andardizat ion. Before joining PTCL, he worked in QA
& t he Training sect ion of Mobilink.
Naeem Anwar is t he lat est addit ion in our Cont act Cent er
Management , Naeem has been working as a Qualit y
Supervisor and has shown t remendous skills and abilit ies
which are essent ial in a leader. He has been working in CC
RWP since more t han 6 years his new role is Assist ant
Manager Ret ent ion and Winback.
Emran Mahmud has joined CC Gulberg as ?Manager Training &
Qualit y Dept ?. He is an experienced and capable personalit y as
he has served Warid & Mobilink Telecom for long 10 years. We
hope t hat posit ive changes are likely t o appear in t he respect ive
domains t hrough his deployment .
