addition to any other rights Operator may have with respect thereto.
Operator shall have the right to receive all or any portion of the proceeds
from the sale of production from the property which would otherwise be
due to any defaulting Owner and the same shall be applied in satisfaction
of such Owner’s obligations hereunder. The term “obligation” as used in
this paragraph shall include not only the money owed to Operator by any
Owner hereunder as its proportionate part of the charges provided for
herein, but shall include reasonable expenses and attorney's fees
expended by Operator in attempting to collect such operating charges and in
establishing the lien here provided for.
