To Operating Agreement by and between, Royal Texan Resources, LLC , and

(“Owner”)

The lands and leasehold covered by this agreement are described in those certain
Oil and Gas leases described as follows, to-wit:

SW/4 of Section 174, John W. Taylor Survey, Block BBB&C, Jones County Texas;
being 157.5 acres more or less.

OWNER hereby warrants that he owns ____% of the working or leasehold estate in
the above described leases.
