                     CONCLUSIONS
                        1.  Our observation and experiment has been revealed that expression on specific
                           behavior  and  period  of  their  appearances  during  rut  of  male  camel  has  the
                           direct relevance of size of poll gland secretion, weather condition or heat and
                           cold of the days, months and seasons.

                        2.  Components of 1 gram of poll gland secretion with cutting hair are consist of
                           hair, drossy mixture (sand, chaff, piece of forage, leaf, bough of a tree and etc.)
                           and dry poll gland secretion is  about 60%, 20% and 20% respectively.

                        3.  Chemical components of poll gland secretion are consisting of 96% dry matter
                           and  2-3%  moisture.  The  dry  matter  are  consist  of  fatty,  total  protein,  ash  or
                           minerals  and  carbohydrate  is  2%,  12%,  74%  and  9%  respectively  including
                           average calories is 110 joules.

                        4.  The study was revealed that some bio activity macro and trace elements such
                           as calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, copper, zinc, manganese and iron
                           into poll gland secretion.  In poll gland secretion, the concentration of iron and
                           potassium is 10 times excess than other elements.
                        5.  By  the  organic  chemical  study  was  detected  the  male  hormone  such  as
                           testosterone  and  methyl  testosterone  in  poll  gland  secretion  with  a  specific
                           color and smell which secrete from occipital gland of two humped Mongolian
                           camels. The concentration of methyl testosterone with high biological activity is
                           more  significant  than  total  testosterone  (P<0.001)  of  poll  gland  secretion  of
                           male camels.

                        6.  The study can gives a definition it is a kind of remedy from the explanation of
                           based of modern science that poll gland secretion contains various macro and
                           trace  elements,  and  male  hormone  such  as  methyl  testosterone  and
                           testosterone  with  a  highly  bioactive  substances  of  benefit  for  animal  and
                           human health.

                        7.  Poll gland secretion is a kind of therapeutic raw material that animal originated.
                           As for sanitary and safe, its direct usage can be generate a risk for animal and
                           human  health,  because  it  can  be  gets  an  easy  contamination  during  the
                           secretion period.
