FORM EXPLORATIONS
I explored myriad forms using quilled
bamboo-strip craft where different types of
structures were formed using a single strip,
multiple strips, curved designs, single and
multiple geometric shape repetition. Multiple
ways of adding dimensions were also explored.It
widened up my understanding of the material
better and opened up possibilities in other areas
as well.
The forms were later translated into the
utilitarian context of jewelry.
