1. Login
This section explains the layout and functionality of the e-Signatures login screen.

1.1. Use a valid Company e-mail address and unique password to login.
1.2. Password recovery can be done through the self-recovery questions and answer functionality.
The user can click on the “Forgot password?” tab to activate the self-help password reset
process.
1.3. Your organisation can set up a Company e-Signature policy suited to their requirements. Inquire
with your HR department to view such a policy if available.
1.4. SigningHub offers multilingual support to its users. You can change the entire interface of
SigningHub as per your preferred language by selecting your language on the top right drop-
down. The system supports more than 20 international languages, i.e. English, Dutch, Arabic,
Spanish, Russian, French, Hindi, Japanese, Chinese, Greek, Norwegian, Romanian, etc.
