RELIGION
The culture of Thailand incorporates cultural
beliefs and characteristics of the area in which the
country is located. It has received important
influence from India, China and Cambodia, as well
as the prehistoric cultures neighboring South East
Asia. It is also marked by Buddhism, Hinduism,
animism and by migrations from China and India.
