The population of Thailand is made up of

approximately 65 million citizens, most of whom

are ethnically Thai, although the peoples of

China, India, Malay origin, Mon, Khmer,

Burmese and Laos are also represented in varying

degrees.

94.6% of Thais are Buddhists,

4.6% of Thais are Muslims and

0.7% of Thais are Christians.
