mind. Instead, ask yourself, what would be a more helpful belief? Take any negative belief
statement and replace the negative word (such as not) with a positive word (such as are or can).
Get out of your comfort zone. It’s called a comfort zone for a reason. It’s comfortable! But
your comfort zone may hold you back. You find yourself saying, “I can’t do X because I don’t
have the time (or money or something else.)” Or, “You don’t understand, my situation is
different because…” It may be different, but this is a limiting belief.

Grab Your Wellness
You created your goal above and a plan to improve your wellness. You’ve shifted your
mindset. Now, put it on your calendar. This is an appointment with yourself. Commit to yourself.
Treat these appointments as you would any other important appointment.
• Do daily self-care sprints.
• Redefine consistency with progress, not perfection.
• Ditch the "all-or-nothing" mindset.
• Practice self-compassion.
