3.3HPLC
Theresu1tofHPLCisshowninFig.4.Theexperimentwasperformedbyleavingleaffor5dayunder250C, 50Cand-170C,respectively.Figure4(a)and(b)showtheresu1tsofchlorophylaandscarotene,respectively. Here,lateralaxisshowstheconcentrationofeachchemicalsubstanceat1dayandat5days.Fromthisresu1ts, seingthediferencebetwenat1dayand5days,itissenthatdecreaseofchlorophylaismoredistinguished thanthatofscaroteneandthatthelowerisexposuretemperature,thelesisthediferenceduetolapsedtime inchlorophyl-aands-carotene. Next,thecorespondenceofNDVIandNCRltochlorophylaandscarotenewasinvestigatedusingtheresult of80dayslapsedunder50Cthatisthecaseofsuferingseverestdamageinthisresearch.Theresultisshown inFig.5.Spinachandkomatsunawereusedforplant.Chlorophylaofspinachshowstherelativelyhighvalue ofabout20mg/LincomparisonwiththecaseofKomatsuna.Thereislitlediferenceins-car叫 ene independentlyofthekindofplantleaf.Theseresultssugestthatleafcolorofspinachshowsdarkgrentint becauseofmoreremainofchlorophyl-a.Inthiscase,NDVIshowstohighvalueof0.68,consideringthat plantsuferedthesevererdamage.Ontheotherhand,becauseNCRlthatthisresearchproposedshows apropriatevalueof-0.20forKomatsunaand-0.1forspinach,itissenthatNCRlismoresuitablethan NDVIforestimationofleafdamage.
