3.3HPLC
Theresu1tofHPLCisshowninFig.4.Theexperimentwasperformedbyleavingleaffor5dayunder250C， 50Cand-170C，respectively.Figure4(a)and(b)showtheresu1tsofchlorophylaandscarotene，respectively. Here，lateralaxisshowstheconcentrationofeachchemicalsubstanceat1dayandat5days.Fromthisresu1ts， seingthediferencebetwenat1dayand5days，itissenthatdecreaseofchlorophylaismoredistinguished thanthatofscaroteneandthatthelowerisexposuretemperature，thelesisthediferenceduetolapsedtime inchlorophyl-aands-carotene. Next，thecorespondenceofNDVIandNCRltochlorophylaandscarotenewasinvestigatedusingtheresult of80dayslapsedunder50Cthatisthecaseofsuferingseverestdamageinthisresearch.Theresultisshown inFig.5.Spinachandkomatsunawereusedforplant.Chlorophylaofspinachshowstherelativelyhighvalue ofabout20mg/LincomparisonwiththecaseofKomatsuna.Thereislitlediferenceins-car叫 ene independentlyofthekindofplantleaf.Theseresultssugestthatleafcolorofspinachshowsdarkgrentint becauseofmoreremainofchlorophyl-a.Inthiscase，NDVIshowstohighvalueof0.68，consideringthat plantsuferedthesevererdamage.Ontheotherhand，becauseNCRlthatthisresearchproposedshows apropriatevalueof-0.20forKomatsunaand-0.1forspinach，itissenthatNCRlismoresuitablethan NDVIforestimationofleafdamage.
