4 Conclusions
Cytotoxicityandrnorpho1ogica1asesrnentofcornbustionby- products 企orn four p1astics:acry1onitrile-butadiene-styrenes (ABS),ny1ons,UrethaneandMe1amine,inhurnan1ungderived cels(A549),havebeninvestigated
(1) Thefiregascolectionandhurnancelexposuresystern werenew1ydeve10pedtoofersana1temativernethodto 1aboratoryanirna1s.Thehumancelexposuresysterncan enab1eA549,ahurnan1unga1veo1artypeIcel1ine,to ap1ythrediferentincubationgases,5%CO2 (contro1 celcu1tureatrnosphericcondition),air(79%nitrogenand 21% oxygen)andthecornbustiongas.
