4 Conclusions

(1) Thefiregascolectionandhurnancelexposuresystern werenew1ydeve10pedtoofersana1temativernethodto 1aboratoryanirna1s.Thehumancelexposuresysterncan enab1eA549,ahurnan1unga1veo1artypeIcel1ine,to ap1ythrediferentincubationgases,5%CO2 (contro1 celcu1tureatrnosphericcondition),air(79%nitrogenand 21% oxygen)andthecornbustiongas.
(2) ThefolowingisHCNgenerationorderasrneasuredforn the rnostproductive to 1east productive: ABS>Urethane >Ny1onrneasuredbygaschrornatograph.Thegasdetector tube systerns with short-tern quick-rneasuring detector tubesshowedthatCOandHCHOofUrethaneis1arger than Ny1on, whi1e H C N production by Ny10n is 1arger 白 anUrethane.
