Usingsuchequipmentinregulardrilswilmake userscomfortablewiththeirfunctionsandmakeiteasier forregularmaintenance.

Instancesoftenarise inwhichfireextinguishers，hydrants，hoses，alarms，etc.， areinstaledbutwhoselocationsonsitearenotknown toalwhomayneedtousethemhencetheneedtolet thoseconcemedknowninadvancewheredevicesareand acquaintthemwithhowtousetheseitemsapropriately inemergencies.Havingresidentstakep紅 tininspections ofdisaster-preventionequipmenthelpsensurethattheir functionsarelearnedandrememberedeasily.
ItisalsocrucialthattheyknowwhereBuddhistfig- ures，ancientdocuments，andother訂 tsandcraftsitems areandtoletthemknowtheirexistence，meaningand significance，sincethiscontributestofosteringchildren?s awarenessofsafety.

5.Conclusions
Wehavedetailedinformationaboutculturalheritage sitesinKyotoandHyogo，Japan，andpotentialprotection against fire analyzed t胎 ough question naire responses. Datashowthatsuchsites，althoughvulnerabletofire，can beprotectedswiftinitialresponsetoanoutbreak.Given thatcausesaremostlyduetoarson，preventiontechniques andequipmentandon-sitemonitoringarethemoste百ec- tive，practicalwaystokeepsitessafe.
Providedthatfire-preventionequipmentatsuchsites is suf ficient and exceeds minimum legal requirements makesproperande百ectiveuseanimportantfocusinfire prevention.Weconcludedthattoensurethisrequiredco- operationamongheritagesitepersonel，theauthorities， localmunicipalitiesandlocalresidents. Thesepersons shouldworktogetherandautonomouslythroughorga- nizedcolaborativesystemscreatedtoproducethebest results in 白re prevention at any cultural heritage site， whetherinsideoroutsideofJapan.
