Welcome to MTRWestern, LLC (hereafter referred to as MTR). We know that the quality of our product
is entirely dependent on our people. Our growth and effectiveness as a premiere transportation
solution provider depends on having the best team – passionate, knowledgeable, responsible and
dedicated people - working in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation. Our goal is to build the
right environment for each employee to feel motivated, empowered and enthusiastic about being a
member of the MTR team. You have been selected because we believe you are someone who will
represent our brand well and take pride in being a MTR team member.
This handbook is designed to acquaint you with MTR and provide you with information about
working conditions, employee benefits, and some of the policies affecting your employment.
You should read, understand, and comply with all provisions of the handbook. The handbook describes
many of your responsibilities as an employee and outlines the programs we have developed to benefit
our employees. One of our objectives at MTR is to provide a work environment that is conducive to
both personal and professional growth.
No provision of this handbook is intended to create a contract with you, nor should you treat any
provision as a promise to you. The handbook describes only general guidelines regarding company
policy. The provisions of this handbook take precedence over all other verbal and written
representations which may have been made by MTR representatives.
No employee handbook can anticipate every circumstance or question about every one of our
policies. Further, there may be situations where the need arises for us to revise, add, or cancel
policies. Therefore, MTR reserves the right to revise, supplement, or rescind any policies or portion of
the handbook from time to time as it deems appropriate, in its sole and absolute discretion.
We will do our best to notify you of any changes to the handbook as they occur.
