ABSTRACT

The present study has as object of study the intervention in the area where the construction of the winery A. Isidro Gonçalves is
inserted, making feasible the requalification of the area and rehabilitation of the patrimony. Although the building is listed by the
Council of Cultural Heritage (CONPAC) and has great historical and patrimonial importance, it is "devalued" and in a poor state of
conservation, so it is necessary to re-signify and value the building. The intervention proposes to rescue and strengthen the identity
and history of the Andradian population, to preserve the architectural memory of the city and to make possible a space of leisure,
culture and knowledge, proposing an annexed school building that aims to value the patrimony, proposing a program of needs and
uses for the the whole city and for the visitors. The program will be extended in the surrounding area seeking to organize the existing
relations and create new flows and integration between residents, tourists and the city.
