think it was around 20 or more) they donated. Next I want to thank Charles Holt of NWCOA, for donat- ing a free registration with limited travel reimbursement for the 2020 Expo in Las Vegas. Chris O’Banion was the lucky winner and I know that he’ll have a great time at the event. We had other items donat- ed by Tomahawk Live Trap, Barnes Wildlife Control, Bethell’s Wildlife Control Supply Division, Bird Bar- rier of America, Empower Training & Assessment, Co. LLC, and WCT Group, Inc.
The door prize for the seminar was a Bird Barrier Mist Net kit I’d picked up at last year’s seminar and hadn’t used (and due to my back issues wouldn’t be using) which was won by Travis Wolford.
The main raffle item was an Air Arms S510 TDR air rifle with hard case in .22 caliber donated
by WCT Group, Inc. This is the ultimate birds in box stores air ri- fle with a value of over $1,000 that was won by Adam Westg- erdes.

Regardless of who is produc-
ing a training event, I highly rec- ommend that anyone who thinks they may want to attend, but aren’t sure if they can, to at least contact the event holder ahead of time to see what can and cannot be done. Most venues require a final headcount at least two if not four weeks in advance of the event so they can order the proper amount of food and other materials. There is usually some flexibility with this number, but once that flexibility is gone then there is nothing the event holder can do. n
