VIBRATIONAL HEALING

Vibrations from and energy sources such as sound or
music for the senses or a massager for physical muscle
relaxation is an essential alternative therapy technique
used as an adjunct to traditional medicines or holistic

well-being. Attaining a poise between physical health
and stress management is often essential for athletes
                               before games.

Nowadays, as our lives have become comfortable, the
human body is prone to emotional and psychological
fatigue due to over-information. This kind of fatigue
increases stress hormones in the body, causing

inflammation and generalized muscle fatigue or
weakness further aided by a sedentary lifestyle.

Vibrations, particularly of the low amplitude, stimulate

muscles as energy is provided by a vibration device that
sets up vibrational energy in the body.

This increases muscle activity and oxygen enation to

muscles. It also stimulates the mind producing a
calming effect and decreases stress hormones, thus
relaxing the body. It also facilitates the removal of toxic
metabolites of oxidative stress in the body. Vibrational

healing by sound waves has also been shown to heal
emotional, physical, generational, and upset in the DNA
by using vibrations and frequencies. This is beneficial in
anxiety states and posttraumatic stress disorder.
