Picture 18 shows an arrangement called the ground extension, wherein the

start/finish line is used as a fulcrum, with one of the candidates standing on
the other side as an effort. Remember, this method should only be used to
enter the obstacle or recover the last person from inside the obstacle, but it is

not to be used inside the obstacle. Use of physical force reflects lack of
intellectual abilities and such candidates are not desirable.
