Story

Mohan was a bright student and did his engineering from IIT, Mumbai. He was selected by a
multinational company to head their project in the US. It was a dream come true for him but looking at
his old parents who did so much for him he decided to stay back in India. Even though his parents

urged him to chase his dreams he knew his responsibilities and put parents ahead of money and
glamour. While initially all his friends criticized him for his decision, later in life they realized how
wise his decision was. He was fortunate to be next to his father when he was in his last stages and
took real care of his mother.

Note: This story reflects high social intelligence and sense of responsibility. Also, it reflects correct
social values and less craving for money and glamour. Candidates with strong desire for
