The Southern California Service Areas
• The Southern California Region consists of more than 63,900 employees and staff and more than 6,200 Southern California Permanente Medical Group physicians which provide health care services to more than 4 million SCAL Members at 14 medical centers (also known as hospitals) and 214 medical offices.
• KPSC members are ethnically diverse, representing more than 260 different ethnicities and speaking about 118 different languages. KPSC’s service credo: Our cause is health. Our passion is service. • The SCAL BIO KPIT team is part of 13 Service Areas and provides support to the medical centers and medical offices buildings as well as additional Kaiser Permanente teams/facilities such as Administrative Services, Call Centers, Support Offices/Groups (i.e. Information Technology, National Facility Services, Pharmacy Refill Center, Member Appointment Centers, Vernon Manufacturing/Sign Shop, Sherman Oaks Lab, etc.)
• SCAL BIO KPIT Team supports Kaiser Permanente’s mission to provide high-quality health care services and to improve the health of our members and the communities we serve.
