Instructions on how to access the
Hemispheres Think Write Interactive Whiteboard Teaching and Learning Programme
A. Things for the Organisor to do before you can begin:
1. Ensure each computer running the programme meets the following requirements.
THIS SOFTWARE REQUIRES A WINDOWS, MAC, IPAD OR TABLET COMPUTER WITH A MINIMUM OF 4GB OF MEMORY AND WINDOWS,MAC OS, IOS OR ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEMS, WITH EITHER WINDOWS
7 AND ABOVE, IOS 8 AND ABOVE OR ANDROID 4.1 AND ABOVE.
2. Complete the Registration Form with the details of the teachers who will be using the programme.
Email the completed Registration Form to support@thinkwrite-learning.co.uk.
3. You will then receive an email confirming your registration. You will receive a confirmation email which will
contain a link from which you will be able to download the programme. The programme will need to be
downloaded to each computer separately. 10 Licences will enable 10 downloads.
4. Each User will then receive two emails: The first email will ask you to click on the link to activate your account.
5. After you have activated your account, a second email will then be sent you’re your Username and Password.
6. Username will be your school email address.
7. Password will be specific to you and therefore should be kept safe. This can be reset to something you
remember, so don’t worry.
B. How to activate each teacher’s account:
1. You will receive a message similar to the image to the right.
2. Click on activate button.
3. You will then recieve and email which looks like the image to the right.
4. The Login information needs to be retained and kept safe.
5. Each User will then receive a follow up email which will ask the User to download the application.
6. The User has to download the application which is supported in their device (i.e: MAC, Windows or Ipad)
7. Click on the Think Write icon/Application on your computer.
8. Enter your log in details to the access page shown on the left below.
The Home Screen will then appear, shown below on the right. You can now access the programme.
