Do you remember going to the circus as a child? The fascination of this unique, enclosed
fairy-tale universe within the circus tent.
The Fall 22 collection from Coster Copenhagen embodies this naïve, fun, and playful
approach to life. Taking it one day at a time because life IS a circus. It is filled with fun,
drama, fireworks, positivity and loads of different surprising elements. The collection is
all about the feeling of relief by letting yourself go and not taking things too seriously. It is
about experimenting and having fun with mixing and matching different elements – just
like you mix and match different elements of your life.
The playful elements are evident in the colour combination of the collection, where bold
colour blocking is combined and mixed throughout the entire collection. Bright feminine
colours as Diva Pink and Hot Red transcend into bold contrast colours like Electric Blue,
High Green, and Intense Skye Blue, mixed with darker shades of colour as Chocolate Nut
Brown, Night Brown, and the classic Navy Blue. The colours bring edge and joy to the
collection and can be easily mixed and matched with other styles from the collection.
The prints of the collections are inspired by different takes on things we find at the
circus: playful fantasy galaxies, joyful and colourful apples, various cool animal prints, and
different variations of colourful dots.
