THE PROBLEM
The Dalys are excellent potato farmers, but even the best potato
farmers cannot produce an entire crop of spuds that meet the
exacting standards of the major chains. Potatoes need to look perfect
and meet the shape and size requirements set by the retailers; on

OVERVIEW
Located in pristine Marion Bay Tasmania, Gerard and Susie Daly have been
farming potatoes for 28 years. The family-run business has a washing and
bagging facility on-site, from where they supply the major chains and
independent retailers with A-grade, bagged potatoes across Tasmania.
