Garima, the skill-development initiative from Diversey India is one of the fastest growing projects between Diversey and our
executive NGO partner, Doctors For You. We have already crossed the milestone of 10,000 beneficiaries under this shared value
initiative.

Over the last one year we have established mobile training centers with a team of 15 trainers, working exclusively for the Garima
Project. The team excels in reaching out to communities and identifying candidates that make for a dedicated team of
Cleaning Technicians. The vision is to empower every house-keeping executive with the scientific knowledge and know-how of
cleaning chores.

At the ground level, our endeavors are driven by job openings at reputed sites. We prepare the candidates and make them
job-ready for services that cater to global brands like Google, LinkedIn, Cipla etc. From low-income strata to a serviced facility,
sure, this kind of switch is a bit extreme for our candidates, but we believe that’s how societies are reformed.

Speaking of transformation, our projects Soap For Hope and Linens For Life are the other two initiatives that are based upon

the foundation of recycling. We have over 100 hotel partners today, contributing to our cause that extends the utility of
discarded items by recycling them and making them available for the lesser privileged masses. We have distributed over 1 Lac
Soaps to children who can now experience the significance of hand wash.
