A two-day's workshop titled Application of FSSAI in Hotel and Restaurant Sector was conducted by Neha Sharma
from our Food Safety team for faculty members of Institutes of Hotel Management/ Universities and industry
professionals held on 22nd & 23rd February, 2018 in Gandhinagar. Almost 40 participants benefited from the
workshop which included, IHM professors from various colleges, hoteliers from Ahembdabad, Vadodara, Surat etc.
Speakers emphasized on having a curriculum on food safety for the IHM students and the same was appreciated by
Board director of IHM.
