The Annual Conference is a yearly event where all delegates from the business region gather for a two-day program. This
conference hosts business updates, awards night and other engagement activities.
This time around, there was something special. Dr.Ilham Kadri, Diversey's CEO, along with Mr. Jeff Scherer from Bain, graced
the occasion.
The conference which took place on 1st February at The Lalit Mumbai was themed MetaMorph, much as the deep running
feelings within the employees, that of a new beginning. The afternoon program began with Mr. Himanshu Jain, APAC President
welcoming the associates to the conference and then introducing employees to Dr. Pawan Agarwal, an International
Motivational Speaker, Author and Educationist who spoke about its Mumbai's Dabbawalas a Harvard Case Study on Service
Excellence Model. Pretty simplied, yet inspiring!
The afternoon program had a business review by Himanshu, followed by the announcement of Mission 650 a new milestone
for the Indian team to achieve 650 Crores. Right after the holistic presentation by Himanshu, Mr. Scherer took to the stage and
shared his views about India as a region, along with Bain's vision towards this acquisition. While the afternoon was spiced-up
with various motivational videos and employee testimonials, Dr. Ilham spoke to the audience about Diversey's short term goals
and long term visions. She shared her high conviction about the business.
In the evening, employees
gathered again for the Awards
Night ROARS which stands for
Recognition of Achievement
& Remarkable Services. This
encompassed seven different
categories of awards, from
Newcomers to Value
Champions, felicitating
business associates for their
exceptional contribution
towards business
commitments. These awards
were beautifully packaged
with various performances by
the employees in between,
showcasing the art and
culture of the country. One of
the most remarkable unveiling
was that of a Diversey
Anthem. This was warmly
received by everyone and was
even replayed and sung along.
