Two Types: Slab or Basement

The most economical way to build a house is on an insulated, frost protected
slab. 4’ of 2” Styrofoam is installed around the en re perimeter of the slab
below grade to prevent frost from ge ng under the foo ngs. In addi on, 1”
of Styrofoam covers the top of the slab for energy efficiency and to protect
the drain lines which are installed under the concrete.

Pouring the slab for a home

Home built on a frost protected slab. Our standard cabin/homes u lize a
slab founda on and is included in the cost of the home.
