Facebook is the most commonly used social media platform for Caire’s target demographic. Marketing efforts should specifically include an emphasis on producing engaging digital content for Facebook groups and the Facebook live platform.Within the past year, Facebook restructured its posting algorithm. Timeline priority has been given to family, friends, and Facebook groups. Considering that visibility for brands has diminished significantly, it is imperative that Caire utilizes Facebook groups to reach out to new consumers. A Caire social media admin will need to establish the brand’s presence by first joining several groups in the 40+ skincare realm. This admin will not only monitor consumer concerns, but interact with group participants as well. Conveying authenticity and benevolence is an essential part of successfully navigating these groups.
