BWC Consulting works with clients to identify value-add solutions to challenging, yet opportunistic, financial and economic development endeavors. From strategic planning, to identifying and structuring viable financial solutions, to deal execution and post-deal oversight, BWC is able to guide clients through the entire project continuum – from project conceptualization through post-deal execution oversight.
• Client engagements include working with higher education institutions to restructure financial balance sheets, working with developers to secure non-traditional funding projects, and working with local units of government to identify public-private opportunities to spur economic development.
• Since 2016, BWC has delivered more than $250 million in economic development financings using various funding tools such as USDA Community Facilities, private foundations and federal New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) financing for economic development projects.
• BWC completes $60 - $90 million annually in deal transactions for clients.
