COMMERCIAL NEWS
I hope that you are well and thank you for downloading tonight’s programme.
I am sure that I share all fans’ feelings when it was learned that tonight’s game
would be held behind closed doors but hopefully, soon, limited crowds, in a
Covid secure environment, will be allowed, as it was at our recent game at
Dorking when 680 fans witnessed City’s best performance of the season and a
fine 2-1 win. I must at this point say a massive thank you to Mark Stillman who
drove to Canvey Island in Essex on Tuesday night to commentate single-handed
City’s game at Concord Rangers. The last moments of the game saw Concord
grab an injury time winner; real heart ache for the players, management team
and all the fans listening. Mark eventually got home just before 4am and Paul
Williams got off the team coach, put all the kit etc. in the dressing room and got BATH CITY FOOTBALL CLUB LTD
home at about half past four. It was a long day for the players and management FOUNDED 1889
team and all concerned (see Paul Williams’ notes for more details). The highs Registered office & stadium:
of Dorking and the lows of from Concord were again in evidence as City and Twerton Park, Twerton, Bath, BA2 1DB
