St. John Byzantine Catholic Church Chinese Auction & Halloween Treats for ECF Students
Pottstown, PA St. John Church utilized the GCU Parish Social Grant
Program for two events this fall. First, GCU and parish
families participated in providing key gifts for the annual
Chinese Auction that was held on Friday, October 17. The
Chinese Auction has been a great church community
event. Many thanks to all parishioners who donated to
the auction and those who worked the event.
Second, the School of Religion/ECF students were
provided by the GCU with some Halloween treats at
the end of class on Sunday. Rev. Nicholas de Prospero
is pastor at St. John. Fran Petro and Alex Riebe are
ECF/SOR co-coordinators and GCU members.
