ing new members into our GCU family and engaging in Iowa farming country, and that background has shaped
the next generation. By expanding our reach, we secure my work ethic, resilience, and values. You’ll likely also

             • Community Outreach – Giving back is at the core of Board of Directors, the GCU Management & Support Team
who we are as a fraternal benefit society. We will broad- and all of you as we write the next chapter of GCU’s story.
en our community outreach by strengthening our vol-
unteer programs and charitable initiatives, empowering
members to make a difference in their local commu-
nities. Through efforts like our GCU GoGive! program,
which provides seed money to help members support
causes they care about, we will continue to live the mot-
to of “neighbor helping neighbor.” By expanding part-
nerships with churches, local charities, and constella-
tions, GCU can extend its compassion even further.
While these three priorities define what we will focus on,
equally important is how we pursue them. For me, that means
leading as a servant leader. I see my position not as one of
authority above you, but as one of service to you. In practice,
this means I am committed to listening to your needs and
ideas and responding with action. I intend to maintain open
lines of communication—through our meetings, events, and
any time you wish to reach out—so that your voices are
heard loud and clear. Together, we will shape initiatives that
truly reflect our members’ needs and aspirations.
