Annual Golf Tournament
is in Full Swing
With the precision of a well-tuned instrument,
golf balls will fly down the fairway at the Phil’s
22nd Annual Golf Tournament on Monday,
June 12th at Southers Marsh Golf Club in
Plymouth. The fundraising tournament is open
to all, offering a fun day on the fairways while
supporting America’s Hometown Orchestra.
The outing begins at 11:30 AM with a barbecue
lunch, registration, and putting contests
followed by a shotgun start at 1 PM. Tickets
are $165 per player, including 18 holes of golf,
two mulligans, contests, golf carts, and a 19th
hole reception.
This event would not be possible without the
energy and passion of our golf committee, led
by Bill Bloor and Bryan Graham, and the dream
team of Peg Blackwell, Merrill Bloor, Kathryn
Gloster, and Donna Roux. “Our golf committee
works tirelessly to ensure a fun and dynamic
event for all participants. We are so grateful for
their efforts,” said Kara McEachern, Director
of Operations at the Phil.
Executive Director Kim Corben added, “Our
golf committee has planned an exciting golf
outing that is a great way for the community
to get involved and support the orchestra.
There’s only one way to keep the music playing:
Together. We appreciate the committee and
the community coming together to play an
important part!”
This year’s tournament is sponsored in part
by Empire Wine & Spirits, FandlGagnon Tax
Service, Cordage Commerce Center, and Bill &
Merrill Bloor.
