Cooling Food








         Methods for cooling food:


          Stir it with an ice paddle



              o Food cools even faster when placed in an ice-water bath

                    and stirred with an ice paddle


          Use ice or cold water as an ingredient


              o Make the recipe with less water than required


              o Add cold water or ice to provide the remaining water
