Glasfloss Excel and Purapak extended surface bag filters offer excellent per-

for ance and durability for applications requiring m ediu to high efficiencies.
The Excel bag filter features 100% synthetic m edia and offers excellent value
and perfor ance for m ost applications. The Purapak bag filter features ultra-
m
m
FEATURES > fine fiberglass edia and is ideal for applications where fiberglass is specified.
Both the Excel and Purapak bag filters feature an exclusive internal header de-
m
sign which adds strength to the filters and virtually eli inates "racking" during
installation. ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 test m ethod perfor ance ranges include
m
M ERV 9 (40-45%), ERV 11 (60-65%), ERV 13 (80-85%) and ERV 15 (90-

M
95%). Glasfloss Excel and Purapak bag filters are available in m ost standard
and special-size face dim ensions in standard and special depths.

media. The lasfloss Purapak extended surface bag fil-
ter shall incorporate an ultra-fine fiberglass media. In-
dividual pockets shall be formed by span stitching
do n the length of the pockets to maximize the utiliza-

tion of media. The stitching shall be coated ith a thin
line of hot melt adhesive to secure the thread to the I TE N AL

media and seal any perforations in the media caused ALU M I U M T BE
by se ing. The pockets shall be individually adhered < SPECIFICATIONS

to an internal aluminum tube header. Each individual
pocket shall be fastened to the next by means of pocket
support ribs, w hich are mechanically attached to the
