Partner/President
Chad is the President of . He is primarily responsible for all company
operations and the recruitment and representation of football clients.
He is a native Texan and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clemson
University. Chad was a 2 time captain on Clemson’s football team and
a 7 time member of the Atlantic Coast Conference Honor Roll. After
two shoulder surgeries, Chad hung up the cleats and headed to
Knoxville where he graduated with Honors from the University of
Tennessee College of Law, and he has worked in the athlete
representation industry ever since.

Chad is an attorney and a Certified Contract Advisor with the National
Football League Players Association. He has negotiated nearly a billion
dollars in NFL contracts including the largest guaranteed package in the history of the NFL. He is
currently ranked in the top 15% of all NFLPA certified contract advisors. Chad is also a member of the
Sports Lawyers Association.

By far his greatest accomplishment to date is successfully recruiting Steffanie to be his wife. They have
twin boys Cole and Cooper, a younger son, Callen, and two dogs Sam and George Washington. Together
they reside on their farm in the Knoxville, TN area.

Partner/Executive Vice President
Isaac is an Executive Vice President at . He is primarily responsible
for the recruitment and representation of both football and basketball
clients. He is a Tennessee native and graduated from the University of
Tennessee at Chattanooga where he played on two Southern
Conference Champion basketball teams including Chattanooga’s run to
the Sweet Sixteen in 1997. Isaac finished his collegiate career having
never missed a game and was 3rd all-time in Chattanooga history for
three-point shots made.
Following his collegiate career he was invited to the NBA summer pro
league and was voted to the free agent All-Star team. After his
basketball career, Isaac moved back to East Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee
College of Law. While in law school, Isaac was an academic mentor for both the University of Tennessee
football and men’s basketball teams. He has practiced law and worked in the athlete representation
industry ever since.
Isaac is an attorney and certified agent with both the NFL and NBA players’ associations. He has extensive
experience in contract law and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association,
the American Bar Association and the National Bar Association. Isaac is also a proud member of Kappa
Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., and serve as General Counsel for the South Central Province.

Consistently showing the ability to make smart decisions, Isaac wisely married the beautiful Dr. Nalini
Conner. They have two sons, Cyrus and Elias, and two labrador retrievers, Lena and Coltrane. Together
they reside in Nashville, TN.
