SGSI congratulates the Government and people of Barbados

In celebrating 53 years as an independent Nation

St. George Secondary Old Scholars Association International serves as a mechanism through which past students who live
outside of Barbados, the St. George Secondary School Administration, and current students join together around the general
purpose of improving programs and sponsoring activities that enhance the educational opportunities for our Alma Mater .

Each year the association presents the school with awards and tablets for the top graduating students and other supplies for the
graduating class to encourage academic excellence.

The organization has supported the improvement of the physical plant by providing assistance in repairs to the pavilion and
paint supplies for the sprucing up of the school.
SGSI annual events are: Night of Elegance, Bus Ride, Family picnic and The Founder’s Day Church Service, Karaoke and
Barbeques.
