and snaps his fingers, which ultimately resurrects those who perished in Avengers: Infinity War, including Spider-Man, Black Panther, and many others.After a huge battle at Avengers HQ, Stark uses the stones again, this time to disintegrate Thanos and his army. The power of the Infinity Stones proves to be too much for Tony and he dies from his injuries.In the end, Thor joins the Guardians of the Galaxy, leaving Valkyrie in charge of New Asgard. Meanwhile, Steve Rogers travels back in time to return the Infinity Stones to their original places in time, and opts to remain in the past and live happily ever after with Peggy Carter. An elderly Rogers then shows up in the present and hands his shield to Sam Wilson, making him the new Captain America.
