Dear Potential Customer,

Pyro Dudes Fireworks, L.L.C. was formed in the spring of 2016 with a goal of providing the
highest quality consumer fireworks to the U.S. market. Myself and co-owner Chuck
Singhose started our pyrotechnic “careers” like many others…by shooting consumer
fireworks displays in our backyards. In our early years we both noticed a wide variance in
quality and performance from one China manufacturer to the next. Through several years
of research, testing, and using different manufacturer’s products in our own displays, we
started to narrow the field of quality manufacturers to a few.

In 2013, I started my own professional display company, Innovative Pyrotechnic Concepts,
L.L.C. Since the professional world demanded high quality products, not only for
performance purposes, but also for safety reasons, the field of manufacturers was
narrowed even more. Over the course of the next few years, I developed a solid
relationship with these factories, often lending my opinions on product development,
product safety, as well as working with a team of other pyrotechnicians producing
exhibition displays for one of those manufacturers (Dun Pai/Dominator Fireworks).

When the time came for Chuck and I to open our consumer fireworks business the
decision on which factories we wanted to work with was already made. This enabled us to
focus our attention on quality control, logistics, and marketing to quickly grow our

customer base. Although the growth has been steady, it has also been controlled so Pyro
Dudes Fireworks can be sure to service our existing customers at the level they have come
to expect.

During our time in business, one goal has been constant…to make sure our customers are
delivered quality products at a reasonable price so they can be successful with their own
business. We believe if our customers are successful then we in turn will be successful. It
is something we believe in deeply and will continue to keep as our #1 priority.
