FLAG DAY AND KERALA PIRAVI

Venue: GIHS Main stage.

Aim and Objective : School assembly is one of the most important aspects
of a school's curriculum. Its potential to nurture a positive school ethos
that stresses care for the self, others and the pursuit of all forms of

excellence should not be underestimated. It powerfully nurtures the
development of intrapersonal intelligence.

The assembly was conducted by students of grade XI A. Hosting was done
by Riya in English and Shazia in Arabic. The assembly began with the
Quran recitation by Saba followed by school prayer by Rachel and then

National Anthem of UAE. Health tip was given by Niranjana and
thoughts for the day by Gauri .Abinaya spoke about Importance of Flag

Day in UAE. Flag Day is important to UAE because it allows us to show
respect to this country by sharing its culture and national celebrations.
