               Objectives: The main objectives of organizing Science exhibitions are:

                Promoting interest in Science and Technology among younger generation.
                Encouraging scientific and technological creativity among students and
                   inculcating a sense of pride in their talent.
                Providing exploratory experiences, encouraging creative thinking and

                   promoting psychomotor skills among school students through self-designed
                   models or simple apparatus.
                Encouraging problem solving approach and developing appropriate
                   technologies, especially for rural areas and integrating and applying scientific
                   ideas in daily life situations.
                Creating awareness among the children how science affects the society and
                   economy.

               GIHS has never left any stone unturned to see the innate potentials of its students
               and has always strived to provide them with opportunities to showcase it. One such

               platform was the SCIENCE & ARTS EXHIBITION held on 14 September, 2019
               in the campus of Gulf Indian High School. The theme for this year was
               “ Tolerance, Imagine, Inspire and Invent”.
               The event was inaugurated by the honorable chairman of GIHS. Inspired,
               encouraged and motivated by the teachers and the parents, the budding scientists of
               GIHS displayed different models and experiments with great enthusiasm and
               excitement.
               The exhibition was open from 8.30am to 12 am and the parents were also provided
               an opportunity to view it. The event provided a platform for scientific explorations
               and innovations for the future scientists.
