Education is not about learning only what you know but also exploring with the help of
               those around you. Picture a room filled with colorful project displays and students who

               look like they just stepped out of the pages of a book -- and you are imagining the view
               teachers, parents, and students alike enjoy during an exhibition. .

               Organizing one such ‘Art and Cultural Exhibition is a permanent feature of Gulf Indian

               High School.

               As we all know this year is observed as 'YEAR OF TOLERANCE", henceforth the

               family of GIHS conducted the exhibition where students were encouraged to pour
               their creativity ,innovation and imagination in the exhibits and it also emulated the

               hope and aspirations of our children to become  the geniuses of tomorrow.

               The Annual Arts and Science Exhibition was held in Gulf Indian High School, on 14           th

               September, 2019 with a motive to encourage and inculcate 21 Century skills and

               the spirit of exploration amongst students. The students showcased their talents

               through  various  projects  and  models  as  a  part  of  their  project-based  learning
               methodology.


               The SOCIAL SCIENCE Department exhibited the projects and models that were
               related  to  the  field  of multiculturalism  in  UAE  thereby  promoting  tolerance,

               Sustainable Development and gave an insight into the global issues.


               Sub-themes: The sub-themes were:
             Importance of Ghaf Tree (grade 1)

             Smart and Urban Farming (grade 2-4)
             UAE’s multiculturalism-A destined country for Innovation and Tolerance (grade 5-
               8)

             Youth Inventing technology to solve global issues(grade 9-10)

               Primary grade students highlighted the importance of urban and smart farming to
               promote sustainability by making models on various topics like Integral Farming,
               Mixed Farming, Green houses, Vertical Garden and  Micro green garden.
