REPORT ON UNITED NATIONS DAY CELEBRATION

“GREENING THE BLUE”

United Nations Day — October 24 — each year is a day designed to promote and

facilitate cooperation in international law, international security, economic
development, social progress, human rights, civil rights, civil liberties, political
freedoms, democracy, and the achievement of lasting world peace.

To mark United Nations Day this year, GULF INDIAN HIGH SCHOOL had
various activities meant for children. Our SOCIAL SCIENCE DEPARTMENT
conducted the following activities. This year’s theme GREENING THE BLUE is
