THE SCHOOL EXHIBITION REPORT

DEPARTMENT OF ISLAMIC STUDIES (A/S)

Gulf Indian High School witnessed one of the multifarious exhibitions on 14th September, 2019.
The Department of Islamic Studies actively participated in this event. The main objective of the

Islamic exhibition was to encourage students to involve in extracurricular activities and to create
awareness about Islamic culture and civilization among the students and visitors.

There were innovative projects and exhibits. The main theme of the Islamic exhibition was “Know
the holy Quran”. The topics of the projects were, the Holy Qur’an and science, the Muslim

inventions, the animals and plants mentioned in the holy Quran, the ancient civilizations
mentioned in the Quran and the special position of Makah and its relevance testified by science.

As the Islamic teachers aware of its students’ talent in the field of linking the subject to other

subjects, the teachers selected some students from different grades and guided them to prepare
