REPORT ON UAE NATIONAL DAY-2019
AFTERNOON SESSION
As UAE celebrated its 48th Birthday on 2nd December 2019, Gulf Indian
High School – Dubai, staff and students joined the nation enthusiastically to
celebrate. The entire campus was beautifully decorated with colors of UAE
flag.
The school celebrated UAE National Day on 27th November 2019. The event
had lots of different activities that promoted and motivated the students
to let them get to their full potential.
The objectives of the event:
To Promote Emirati Culture and Traditions:
To improve student’s speaking skills and self-confidence. “Speech”
To improve the UAE’s traditional aptitudes. “Emirati Dance”
To raise students’ knowledge and awareness about UAE flag- “Flag
formation”
To raise students’ knowledge, understanding, and awareness about the
union of UAE.
The event was held in the main stage of school, where all the students
assembled at 04:00 -5.50 pm accompanied by the teachers’ in charge.
The event was hosted by Mr. Mohammad Anas of grade 9 F & Mr. Amanat
of grade 7E. It began with the recitation of the verses from the holy
Quran by Mr. Mohsin of grade 8E, followed by the school prayer and
national anthem of UAE.
