Each grade section was assigned different countries (Table above). The class teacher was told
to mentor the students and prepare to showcase the culture of the assigned country. The class
room ambience was changed by decorating and making informative posters about the country.
The students converted the classroom into a miniature version of the country which they have
never visited which was an exemplar of their innovation and creativity.
Every student was given a task to perform. Students dressed in traditional dresses and
performed cultural dances and stage drama.
When the judges entered the class room, the students gave them a smiling welcome in their
traditional way. Some classes welcomed them with sweets and gifts.
The performance of each class was far more superior to others. All students took this event in a
very sportive way, to bring honor and make their class the best.
All class rooms were decorated so beautifully with culture of different countries that it looked as if
the GLOBAL VILLAGE of Dubai is shifted to GIHS.
