RAMADAN CHARITY DRIVE-2019
IFTAR PROJECT-EMIRATE RED CRESCENT,DUBAI

This year also the students of GIHS, initiated the Ramadan Charity
Drive ‘The Spirit of Giving’. This was an initiative by the GIHS
Happiness and wellbeing club to reach out to the needy members of the
society.
Gulf Indian High School supported the Emirates Red Crescent - Dubai
to serve a total of 5000 Iftar meals to labourers at Ramadan tents in
International City during the holy month of Ramadan.
Our Student volunteers served Iftar Meals to the labourers helped by
volunteers from the Emirates Red Crescent, Dubai. With this program
GIHS was a part of providing the comfort of a warm meal to the
workers, who are away from home and their families during the holy
month.
