ELOCUTION COMPETITION

Elocution Competition cultivates in students a desire to seek knowledge and nourish the skill
of expression. It helps to avoid stage fear and improves confidence.

An Elocution Competition was conducted on 17 January, 2019 for the students of Grade 3.
Students benefited a lot from the skill of clear and expressive speech, including control of
both voice and gesture.

Students were free to select a topic of their choice. The participants came well prepared with
very interesting styles of speaking and conveyed the contents in a proper manner. The
participants won the hearts of the teachers and other members of the audience with their
confidence, expression and talent; and made the event a memorable one.
