A superior observations, submission and assertion should not be
jettisoned, sacrificed and pulled down based on jealousy, pride,
inferiority complex, superiority complex and mediocrity but it should be
developed, enlarged and worked upon to accommodate and satisfy the
needs of the concerned geared towards the betterment of all ranks and
file including the superior and the subordinates.
