The development of any nation is not a function of the availability,
abundance and vastness of natural resources.
It is a function of the pool of human capita development that such a
nation has capacity for in terms of maximal development that is potent
enough to birth the depth of intellectual base that is natural to tackle
multifarious challenges bedeviling such nation with the development of
local and home-grown technological innovation that will give solutions
to such challenges.
