Conclusion The brochure has critically described and discuss the school

context and the type of an ideal teacher needed at the school. The school has great prospect of being
an ideal school with ideal teachers, and to be accommodative to diverse leaner needs and intelligence.
The school shows signs of being ideal in terms of its structure as it is built properly to ensure safety of
leaners. Even so, it is not inclusive enough to cater for all leaners with special needs. The majority of
teachers at the school are young, demonstrating a move away from ineffective traditional teaching
methods. The technical subjects in the school also demonstrate a more modern way to teaching and
learning and all the above-mentioned concepts and themes shows the prospects the school has to be
ideal. The above discussion clearly shows the connection between the school context and the needed
ideal teacher, and it shows the potential of the teachers to turn the school into more ideal school for
its leaners and the community at large.

A good and ideal teacher believes and trust that every leaner has the ability to
learn, and they are all genius and intelligent in their own way.
